Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your SportZone account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of your packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship to SportZone

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any NZ Post location across New Zealand.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
